Ingredients
Preheat the oven in 160°. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, cinnamon and 4 spices altogether. Add honey diluted with tiped milk. Put in a cake tin and cook 1 hour about.
You can double the quantities, that makes nice high parts. Eat plain, with some butter or some jam.
